This research sample is characterized by not be an intentional probabilistic because the selected persons had ease access to information and their availability to participate in this study (MARCONI; LAKATOS, 2003). Seven (7) social workers who work in units of Hemodialysis/Peritoneal dialysis have been the subject of this research. Discuss how to (re) invent the professional actions in ‘the world of work’ today was the ‘background’ to understand the obstacles and the opportunities establish into the reality of the daily work researched. The Health Policy analysis both historical and actual situation, presented itself as fundamental to talk about the challenges faced by the professionals in contemporaneity. Challenges that permeate the distinct social-occupational spaces and sometimes, it particularized into the Health matters and Institutional spaces researched.Realize the alienation/strangeness that permeates work processes in the Institutions reveals that the professional work is not only alienated, showing a work routine in a tension between the alienation and none alienation. That means that this research study demonstrates that even with the reflexes of ‘the world of work’ the daily work is an area of concerns, interactions, challenges and professionals motivations. |
