A formação continuada de professores e o uso das tecnologias de informação e comunicação: um diálogo necessário

Resumo: The present study has the objective to understand how the integration of information and communication technologies in everyday practice of the teacher who is in constant process of continuing education in NTE – Núcleo de Tecnologias Educacionais. The methodological approach chosen went qualitative, with a view of a case study of ethnographic, wanting to know, observe, discuss and participate in teaching practices with the intent to understand what happened and how this learning process at School. In the data collection were used semi-structured interviews, analysis of the Political Pedagogical Project School and observations of teachers' action in day-to-school day. For the analysis of data collected opted for discursive textual analysis. The results indicate that the interlocutors of the research, and participate in continuing education in the NTE, built and shared their learning changed the proposal to their classes, inserting the use of information technologies and communication as a teaching resource, and gradually, they can mobilize classmates through an interdisciplinary work, supported by the Political Pedagogical Project of the Institution. The major theorists and writers who support this work are Paulo Freire, Maurice Tardif, Mario Sergio Cortella, Ira Shor, Cleoni Barboza Fernandes, José Manuel Moran, Therezinha Rios among others.
