Resumo: This research develops from the initial consideration of the promotion of innovative educational proposals they can engage students in an integral and active in their own learning process, and to sensitize the students emotionally involving, are potentially decisive factors in building knowledge. With this, the study evaluated the influence of emotional-affective classes in Natural Environments developed in the discipline of biology, with high school students from a private school in Porto Alegre. This research has a bibliographical character, based primarily contemporary literature on the subject, and analysis of data obtained from responses given by students to a questionnaire specially designed for this purpose, as well as the observation and recording of students' attitudes, and count also the researcher's experience as a professor of biology. The results showed that the classes in the natural environment have led students to become more interested and, consequently, better establish personal relationships with each other and with the teacher, encouraging learning.
