Resumo: This research analyzes the importance of continued education for teachers, with the proposal to take a set of activities and opportunities for practical reflection on the pedagogical practice, extending knowledge and promoting the professional development as form to contribute for the improvement of the quality of education. This work was carried through with a group of teachers of different disciplines in a private school in the city of Montenegro/RS, in action-research form. Fourteen meeting had been carried through, where two subjects chosen for the group had been searched: Discipline in classroom, and Interpersonal relation professor and pupil, thus extending our theories and improving the practical one of education. The work was developed with reading and reflection of texts, video on the treated subjects, situations in classroom for analysis and finishing with an analysis written on the ideas that had appeared referring to the chosen subjects. These meeting besides providing rethink and remaking in pedagogical practical ours, in it fortified them as colleagues, extending affinities as to work in team and to respect the opinion of each one. We decide to continue with the group of studies with the intention to organize projects in the area of the education.
