Resumo: | This study aims to investigate and reflect on the interpersonal relations established along the trajectories of teacher training, trying to infer how they are configured as formative experiences in the process of becoming a teacher (a) Higher Education as pedagogical relationships that guide and reflect teaching, of different generations, with the horizon the process of professional development in the academic context of a private institution. To this end, it emphasizes the central main question: that interpersonal relations can be constituted as training experiences, along the trajectories of teachers from an institution of higher education? Like other leading questions, there are the following: To what extent is the relationship between them are in formative experiences along the trajectories of teachers? What key elements make up the course of training of teachers of higher education, as subjects of learning from experienced pedagogical relationships that can influence the process of becoming a teacher (a) university (a) throughout its development process professional? This research, which includes the Center for Studies in Higher Education (CEES) is directed to the principles of qualitative, to explore a way to meet the biographical approach, or life stories, for your vision of rebuilding, and dialectic theoretical and practical reflection of the thinking about the action itself. In this respect, the bias biographical research goes beyond the objective reconstructions of a lifetime, since that prioritizes the narration, the story itself of someone talking to you. The narrative analysis focuses on interpretation and relations theoretical and practical in context, the search for the meaning of events as an effort to understand the steps experienced and narrated by the subject party, the research participant. Some discourse made up the fabric of knowledge outlined in the body of work, based on: Abraham (1986, 1987, 2000); Filloux (2004), Goodson (1995b, 2004), Heller (1982, 1994), Huberman (1989, 1995, 1998); Josso (2004) and new (1992, 1995a, 1995b, 2002), among others. From the current analysis, we emphasize the idea that interpersonal relationships are formed and training experiences over the course of teaching in Higher Education, since it is possible to identify which family ties, the relations established in the school and academic at different stages of life, the interactions in the fields of professional activities and partnerships take effect on social and educational projects can be valued as training experiences, through these inter-relationships that, above all, contribute to self-knowledge along the way built. The training paths are supported, among other things, for interpersonal relations, pedagogically experienced between student teachers, teachers, teachers, students, alumni and the general context of the IES. When unveiling the main space, I seek to reaffirm that these relations are as formative experiences of being a teacher (a) to professionals in higher education, female teachers, even without teacher training, and from that involvement, the project itself professional development. |
