The content of this dissertation is about fundamental issues of epistemology the memory of Robert Audi and Sven Bernecker. Initially, these are investigated basic aspects epistemologies, and then we look at their respective theories, namely the epistemological theory and the theory of representational memory. Possession of these benchmarks, what is sought are possible relationships and differences between the theories, to be compared and confronted the extent that both are exposed, using the problem of memory without belief in Bernecker (‘I remember that P, but not I believe that P’), and without justification and knowledge, as a beacon for a defense theory of representational and/or epistemological theory of memory, as well as offering possible criticism of one or the other theory being discussed for further research and future.
