Resumo: The work sought to analyze the importance of professional learning for the Young Brazilian aged between 14 ando 24 years old. Resistance to the difficulties faced by some business segments, which claim They are unable to meet the quotas as imposed by current legislation, the study considered the extent to which the legislation, by requiring that some segments comply with quotas without taking into account their specificities, puts in collision constitucional principles. For this, the historical contexto of the profissional learning legislation was analyzed. Then, the history of the company´s social responsibility principle and its importance for the needy and vulnerable young people were discussed. In the third part, we approached the learning law and the reality of some companies that found it difficult to comply with the imposed quotas. Finally, possible solutions were suggested which, when implemented, increased the effectiveness of the institute.
