Resumo: |
The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the various ways in which Business Administration students deal with ethics as well as to identify the principles they are based upon. The questions that provide the basis to this investigation originally started in debates with Business Administration students, turning out more solid later on in the discussions of the Masters in Education program research group (Grupem). This research includes a case study, in which questionnaires have been used as analysis instruments, primarily aiming at identifying the ethics understanding and representation by this group of Business Administration students. Such representations have been analyzed from the ethics concepts proposed by Paulo Freire and from the Code of Ethics project in order to verify what the code recommends, as well as the way students interpret it. The purpose of that was to verify the relevance of ethical principles, usually applied in the educational area, in the education the subjects of this study. |
