The concern of current researchers on student research activities lies in the university environment, the low number of research and discussion on student research activities in high school (HS), reveals a certain lack of attention on the importance of this educational alternative that provides students basic education contact with science in another perspective, namely, direct participation in the construction of their learning through the production of scientific knowledge. This way, the objective of the research is to analyze the performance of student research activities in HS of the Grande ABCD Paulista region and also through literature review support the principles for its presence in practice and the enrollment of laws that define and guide research activities. This study back this way for student research activities in public education, having as object the state educational system, specifically, the state schools. Working activities of students in research HS exceeds the incentive to comply with a curriculum procedure and enables higher learning involved. The legal and regulatory looks, this experience in research activity should be normal activity in schools, configured as a right and opportunity to students and teachers, as described in the articles of Law No. 10,522 / 2000 and proposed an international document drawn up by UNESCO. This law directs the procedures to implement the student research activities in HS, but the resulto f those research shows that few put it into practice or even the know. For the methodological design, consider the official determinations (legislation) of distancing and practice on student research activities, therefore, we conducted a situational diagnosis, where he was raised up there and then investigate how have these activities. Perform, implement and reflect upon this work, of course, is a challenge to the professionals involved with training in basic education, who share the knowledge learned, to build a school of thinking subjects, appropriate to the human reality and of better quality, approaching the practice of legal norms. |
