Resumo: |
As nowadays technological changes are "flat out", the process of teacher training has also been modified and requires new concepts and methods that go beyond traditional and consolidate the most recent. In this sense, distance education, which grows fast in our country, can collaborate on this. Institutions of higher education are undergoing several changes to meet the demands of this new scenario offering distance learning courses with a variety of settings. But, there are reports of Pedagogic students about the distrust at market work. This is our investigation focus. The research object is the manager's private school conception in Sao Paulo about hiring teachers formed in distance education. The basic objective is to verify if, indeed, there is prejudgment about the process of training teachers in the online distance and if it is easier to get a job in school if graduating in Pedagogy Presencial course. If so, will explore the reasons for such conclusions. |
