Resumo: This study is linked to the Master's Program in Management and Educational Practices at Nove de Julho University (PROGEPE - UNINOVE), especially to the Research and Intervention Line - Learning Methodology and Teaching Practices (LIMAPE). The main objective of this study was to analyze the impacts of the application of Problem Based Learning and the Internet of Everything (IoE) in the teaching and learning process in the Systems Development course, within the scope of a technical school in the State of Sao Paulo. The specific objectives of this investigation were to identify what the Curricular Bases of the Technical Course in Systems Development signal, regarding the use of (PBL) and (IoE); understand how (PBL) and (IoE) can be integrated as tools in the teaching and learning process in this course, also identifying the difficulties and challenges emerging in this path; identify which competences and skills can be developed, based on pedagogical practices that articulate (PBL) and (IoE) in the scenario in question. From these objectives, the following questions were outlined that guided the development of this research: How can Problem Based Learning (PBL) and the Internet of Everything (IoE) contribute to the teaching and learning process? What competencies and skills are developed from Problem Based Learning (PBL) and the Internet of Everything (IoE)? What difficulties and challenges do we encounter regarding the use of Problem Based Learning (PBL) and the Internet of Everything (IoE)? The research was carried out at a State Technical School (ETEC), located in the city of São Paulo - SP. The participants of this research were students of the second semester of the Systems Development Course, more precisely, the research was developed with 14 students, all of them from the class called A, which corresponds to half of the class of the second module of the afternoon course, students in the range 16 and 21 years. The methodology used was of a qualitative nature, developed through an intervention research. As instruments of data collection, it was used: participant observation, questionnaires and focus groups. The research was based on the following authors: Cambi (1999), Hobsbawm (2012), Lévy (1999), Weise (1991), Munhoz (2015), Coll (2010), Moran (2018), Stevan (2018), Frigotto (1994), among others. The main results achieved showed that this pedagogical practice can be applicable to the disciplines of the Systems Development Course, enabling students to be builders of their own knowledge, acquiring competency and abilities related to both the course curriculum, regarding problem solving, critical analysis, study independent , among others. The investigation also contributed to an analysis of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) methodology involved in the process, which according to the results obtained, facilitated the interaction between the participants, in a clear acceptance of it within the learning process.
