The current essay has as subject of study the college student who has fringe benefit supports acquired from Prouni. Yet, as object, the social meaning that that student attributes to Prouni. The methodological procedures outlines bibliographical research and also a semi-structured interview as technique which the statements from nine students/individuals from college stu-dent who have fringe benefit supports acquired from Prouni are the core of the study. The main objective was that to verify by their voices if the social meaning that the students attribute to Prouni occurs when in the engendering of in-itself or of to-itself . The data were analyzed under Lukács´s thoughts, and they also have as investigation guidance: forma-tion by work subject as social being; reflection on principles; teleology and option. The narratives analyzed under a quantitative perspective from the research revealed that studying in a college is a need, built to keep labiality, even in situation of non work. The research pre-sented, yet, by the possibility of a graduating college course, the meaning given to Prouni is prepared on the moment, and there is no demonstration of a critical comprehension of reality. |
