Resumo: The challenges associated with the deployment and use of Information Systems (IS) are many, given the needs for organizational change and the high cost involved . Measuring the success of ISs related to end-user satisfaction and impact of the IS of Information Technology (IT) at work may help the manager to identify the needs of end users in performing their professional activities, and thus encouraging them to accept the new. In this context, the literature presents evidence that organizational commitment is also relevant, since it has influence on user satisfaction of IS. Thus, this study aims to answer the following research questions: (1) What is the influence of the variables of organizational commitment in user satisfaction with the use of IS? (2) What is the relationship between user satisfaction with the use of IS and the variables of the impact of IT at work? The research has quantitative and data were collected from the users of the IS Brazilian Labor Judiciary. Data analysis performed resorted to multivariate statistical technique from the Structural Equation Modeling. The main contributions were validated, empirically, the influence of organizational commitment on end-user satisfaction with the use of IS, and validation of the condition in advance of user satisfaction with the use of IS in the impact of IT at work.
