Resumo: |
The Brazilian Financial Market is in constant change. Due to this dynamism, Banks have shown worry about the quality of the provided service and look for ways to better serve their clients. The survey carried out among Banks, which were incorporated after the economical stabilization process, had as a focus to investigate the processes and evaluation criteria of bank services adopted by these institutions. The aim of this work was to check the existence of similarities in the processes management and decision making criteria of the researched organizations, trying to identify the existence of common aspects concerning administration ways. Thus, data were collected about the regulation and normatization of the Brazilian Financial Market and banking management, as well as interviews with professionals previously selected, that had strategic functions in the surveyed institutions. The development of this research allowed people to understand the worries of the Banks to put their focus in the processes of service work and yet to arise questions that will make possible to go on with studies concerning the incorporation of Banks process in the Brazilian Financial Market. |
