This study boards the experience of IBEAC in Yong and Adults Education field in Brazil, at the period 1993 a 2002. The referred study is based in two categories of analyses: the citizenship and the participation. In the text, are presents three chapters. The first aboard the adults education in Brazil, detaching the governmental action to hopped the analphabetism eradication . The second discuss the IBEAC s history, with emphasis in their compromise with the community strengthening, the mobilization, the participation and the democracy exercise. The last chapter studies the methodology of Yong and Adults Education promoted for IBEAC and presents yours results. The conclusion of this study shows that the experience analyzed is an action of the civil society organized which public polices characteristics that are developed when, in São Paulo, state; the governmental actions for this area are not able to answer the demand. |
