Resumo: |
This study aims to determine how the theme of sustainability has been inserted into Graduate Management Courses in Brazil. To this end, we start with a documental analysis of the courses disciplinary summaries, through a qualitative and exploratory study using content analysis. In a second step, we sought to verify how this issue is being informally inserted in the courses through a structured questionnaire with five open and twelve closed questions applied to 40 experts on the subject that belong to certified research groups by Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico - National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). The results pointed out that there is neither a systematic or a structured attempt to insert sustainability in these courses. This fact suggests that the theme is recent to the field and its effective insertion still depends on a better understanding of its strategic direction; this may happen because it could be just an attempt to be politically correct, without having a scientific delineation defined yet. |
