Resumo: The present study attempts to characterize the Business Model Bovet and Martha (2001) Value Proposition and Strategic Control, the leading: LSP - Logistic Service Providers, working in the country. This Business Model for this research comes from its functionality to the proposed objectives, for a more detailed model of these authors shows that two of the five dimensions of the model are essential as the foundation of a business, or, Control and Value Proposition Strategic. The approach of these two dimensions only, directs LSP researched to be defined before its value proposition to guide the entrepreneurial attitude and free initiative of their teams, what skills or new capabilities which the LSP need to implement a value proposition. The other dimension studied, strategic control is also important because it determines the core competence of the LSP, the scope of the functions to be retained and those to be or can be adjusted or even outsourced. The LSP object of this study, a total of 104 respondents, restricted to managers and employees of the operational area. Still, the data reported are reliable and representative proportion of this category.
