Resumo: |
This dissertation addresses the intricacies of creating and implementing the principal federal public policy to combat homophobia: the Brazil without Homophobia Program. Brings the current situation of human rights struggle of the homosexual segment and the advances and setbacks in education and citizenship for LGBT people. Scans from the apparatus concept coined by Michel Foucault, the Sexuality Apparatus focusing on homosexuality / homophobia thus identifies the knowledge-power relationships that have involved LGBT positively and negatively, through the truths built institutions of power and of subjectivity as breaking strength. Thus, it emphasizes the power of resistance of each individual reflects on the visibility as an instance of power production and discusses the unity of purpose to face the LGBT community rights violations suffered by non-heterosexuals |
