Resumo: |
The teaching of Management in Brazil, as well as in other countries, had beginning to take care of to the demand for enabled professionals to answer the necessity of organization of the great companies who were in sprouting process. Three great driving supports the aiming of these courses, still nowadays: economic, politician and educational. The proposal of the present work is of the reevaluation of the paradigm that determined the construction of the programs in the of Superior Education Institutions in the area of Management, considering itself that in current times, the socioeconomic structure that demands young and adult formed by these courses is configured differently of that motivated its sprouting. At that time, having as inspiration the North American universities, the Brazilian SEI also aimed at to take care of inside demand of the great companies installed by the developing process initiate here in the Vargas government era. Currently, these great companies, having as their focus the technological innovation and do not absorbs the professionals adequately. New organizational structures as those related with the Solidary Economies, appear as possibilities for these students.(AU) |
