Resumo: |
This work aimed at investigating how Business Schools, at undergraduate level, contributes for a systemic view towards social relations, economic and environmental in the egress perspective. We were motivated by the fact that the decision making process in a corporative environment requires a balance in social, environmental and economical interests due, in particular, to the so-called crisis of civilization. We have used a qualitative, exploratory, bibliographic methodology. The theorichal support throughout this research was given by Elkington (1994), Sachs (2006), Porrit (2007), Aligleri (2009), Barbierri (2010), Fazenda (2001,2008) Freire (1981,1987,1996), Leff (2009), Leonard (1997), Kleiton (2012), Tilbury e Wortman (2004), Freeman (1984), Savage (1991), Mitchell (1997), Katz (1998)Martinelli (1997). Furthermore, we interviewed Business School egresses that took the Sustainability discipline. According to our findings, this discipline is not considered by the egresses as of significant contribution for the development of their competences as a professional with a systemic view. However, when an interdisciplinary approach was given, the theme was more beneficial. |
