Resumo: The objective of this research was to analyse the impact of the creation and dissemination of messages, bases on the Telegram application, specifically in the group entitled “Presidente Bolsonaro, and to understand, from the observation and modus operandi of the referred group, of how this communication develops and establishes itself outside of traditional parameters. For this, the theoretical framework was based on authors who contributed with sociological and communicational views, capable of pointing out the paths for the making and interweaving of subjects, such as Pierre Bourdieu, Giuliano da Empolli, Byung-Chul Han, Stig Hjarvard, Michel Maffesoli, Manuel Castells, Luis Mauro Sá Martino, Marta Peirano, among others who contributed to the basis for the studies carried out. This theoretical foundation was divided into three major themes that clarify its purpose, namely: (a) the digital public sphere and mediatization as a boosting agent; (b) the traditional model of moral tribes and how digitization impacts new formats and new social values; (c) the right to communication and freedom of expression supported by ideological discourses. In order to pursue the main objective, we define as a methodology, in addition to surveying and bibliographical checking, netnographic analyzes as a naturalistic study of virtual communities with the adaptation of techniques from traditional anthropology to the digital one, considering how virtual social interactions can be conceptualized. Thus, an empirical context of observation was carried out, collecting images, videos, audios, memes and texts in the aforementioned group, focusing on participant observation, however, without interaction with the group. Thus, a manual monitoring of the data was carried out with import of the cut determined, between March 2022 and June 2022, therefore, 4 months. The sampling date proved to be relevant since it comprises a period before the 2022 presidential elections, pointing to a discursive formatting of the said group, in addition to a certain “preparation” for what would come later. Therefore a powerful and massive distribution of contents was confirmed, based on its own dialectic and repeated in related groups, but mainly it was noted the constitution of an amalgamated digital public sphere, disconnected from traditional models and that create models in their foundations of digital tribes that are constituted based on belonging, established ethics and dependence on capillarization channels, deterritorialization and construction of official communicational discourses.(AU)
