This study aims to research and understand the social phenomenon of Workers Representation in the Greater ABC region. Initially, through a literature review, draw a history of the factory commission from the factory commission and similar organizations around the world, noting their practice in these countries and addressing participatory administration and European socialism and its self-determination. Following discuss the factory commission in Brazil, tell the story of the first official factory commission installed in the country, at the Ford factory in Sao Bernardo do Campo. Following is a field research tabulation study, with emphasis on the following aspects: it is verified the practice of the RLT by the companies; RLT is constituted through employees appointed by workers, companies or workers unions; regulates RLT by statute; the participation and influence of the workers union in the RLT takes place; which interests the RLT, workers unions or workers companies serve. The methodology to be used is qualitative, followed by field research carried out in groups, interlacing these data with the author's professional experience. (AU) |
