Resumo: The image of in Judges 5 is constituted in the first impressions that old Israel had of its God. She draws the exit of Javé of her old one dwelled in the Sinai to enter in the Earth of Palestine, in order to fight by her town against the oppression of Canaã. The tribal period was the moment of that old concept of Javé in the Old Testament. Israelite groups reformulated the concept of Javé promulgated by the tradition of the Sinai, affirming, thus, that Javé is not more the static and teofanic God, inhabitant of a mountain, but it is the "God of Israel". And the migration of the divinity of a mount for a battlefield merely does not represent the walked one of that divinity, but it represents walking of the several practices in which Israel concepted its God. Decisive in those new theological joints it was the battlefield, that was moto of the celebration to the Javé in Judges 5. Javé is celebrated by his to act historical! History is the mediator between Javé and its town. It is the route by which is pronounced on Javé. Thus, the new historical conjunctures require new formulations on God. The old warlike memory of Javé contained in 5 Judges pass the history of the religion of Israel, can be also observed in Habacuque 3,3-6. That is a text of century VII a.C. Thus, we detected a current memory in the history of the religion of Israel, that began at the antecedent moments to the one of the formation of the monarchy (Judges 5) and still can be noticed in Habacuque, in century VII a.C. In that to unroll of the religion of Israel, the warlike memory on Javé was subject to several mutations. But, essentially, it maintained his proposal: return the subjects from the oppression promulgated by the empires in agents of social transformation. The principles of military organization of Javé sponsored the revolts against the social despotism, being, therefore, a form of resistance of the groups discredited of the society, in Israel and Judá
