Resumo: This project intends to develop a low cost autonomous vehicle prototype for use in technological education using recycled material. With the construction of the vehicle it is intended to integrate several areas of knowledge, such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Programming, Human Computer Interface - IHC, Mathematical Modeling, Physics, Algorithm Analysis, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Computer Graphics, Electronics, Control and others. This prototype will be a laboratory for the students of Computer Science courses at the State University of Southwest Bahia - UESB, Computer Engineering at Faculdade Independe do Nordeste FAINOR, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering at the Federal Technological Institute of Bahia IFBA and can also be used in the Information System course of the Faculty of Technology and Science - FTC, since the development of this will require kinetic knowledge that is addressed in the disciplines of those courses. In this way, this work will also favor a great link between teaching and research. The project also intends to integrate the research lines of process and product development of the UFBA Graduate Program in Industrial Engineering (PEI) by integrating the project with a doctoral project on virtual learning laboratories. The students named the vehicle object of this Free Electric Car with Autonomous Navigation CELiNA project, the free comes from the use of free software and hardware in the construction of the vehicle. This project aims to be a milestone in the study of Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles - UAVs in the region ABSTRACT TESTE
