Resumo: Objective: The main objective of this work was to develop a mobile application prototype to offer nursing services in HC, recording attendances and making direct contact between professional and client without the intermediary of intermediary companies. Methods: As a methodology, a cross-sectional technological creation study with a descriptive design was used, with the User Experience (UX) methodology using the Figma tool, with a qualitative approach of the online type. The prototype was built by professionals from Fatec Rio Preto, tested and evaluated within the Figma tool. The development of the prototype was carried out in four phases, namely: phase 1 – discovery, phase 2 – definition, phase 3 – development and phase 4 – delivery. Results: A prototype mobile application for AD was developed by health professionals. To use the application, it is necessary to create a registration, both for the professionals who will work in the application and for the patients who will seek the services. So that professionals can link to the application, it is necessary to register a profile with personal data, such as full name, telephone number, documents, among others. It is also necessary to fill out forms with professional data, such as previous experiences, letters of recommendation and what type of service the professional is interested in offering. For patients to link up, as well as professionals, it is necessary to create a profile with personal data and address, in addition to describing the type of service they need at that moment. After completing the registration, the patient will have access to his data and his electronic medical record at any time. Conclusion: The implementation of the prototype developed in this study in an application operating on the data network will contribute to the opening of new possibilities for the assistance of other health professionals in AD, resulting in health care gains for a population in need of AD, due to the availability of professionals and services available in a simple mobile application.
