Resumo: |
The main proposal of this study is to investigate the impacts that can arise from multicultural relations, its influence on the quality of negotiations and better use of business opportunities, as well as on the development of more innovative and profitable contracts to the parties involved. Through a study of the oil & gas sector in the world and in Brazil and by the identification of the high level of internationalization in this industry, this research also aims to verify which are the main problems the culture difference may create during commercial relationships, including the relation of confidence of the invertors with respect to the local structure and business management style of Brazilian executives. It is intended to verify specific characteristics in commercial relations in the referred sector, giving special attention to different styles, beliefs, behaviors, practices, and its effects, as well as the level of attention and importance that companies normally give to this issue. |
