Resumo: The contemporary logistics is marked by the appearance of the philosophy of supply chain management, where the focus of the administration is going besides the natural borders of a company. In BraziL it can stand out as a notable example of this vision the known movement like ECR, of English efficient consumer response. The movement ECR is a work philosophy and of cooperation among different members of the productive chain, of several leveIs, from manufacturers to the retail market. As well as other paradigm changes involving great number of people (and of organizations with several cultures), those involved in the implementation of the movement can present strong resistance to the same, what would be harrnful (and potentially fatal) for his/her it executes implementation. This theory explores this subject, focusing attentions involved us inside in the implementation of ECR ofthe group Sendas S.A. The results demonstrate an apparent acceptance ofthe tools and administration models introduced by ECR, besides the positive perception on the part of the stakeholders of the consequences of the introduction of the movement.
