Resumo: |
The objective of this thesis is to glimpse new scenarios for performing rights collection in Brazil. Composers, artists, entrepreneurs and copyright users were interviewed in order to verify the reality of the performing rights collection and to construct prospectives scenarios for this sector. This thesis used aspects based on parameters and criteria of collection and distribution of copyrights in vigor in Brazil and also, comparing with other countries, having considered the history and the development of the Copyright throughout the years in Brazil and the World. As theoric basis, this project will use concepts of the enterprise strategy and will use, mainly, scenarios analysis tools. |
