This research is about a 'case study - ex post facto' wich has the objective of showing from the perceptions and manifcstation of the Solimoes Veiculos company employees - Volkswagen branch in Manaus city how the Total Quality Management - TQM may influence the productivity of the people that make part of this company. Based on the Total Quality purposes we got the hypotesis that the TQM is a strategical tool wich may influence people's productivity. As the perceptions and manifestations evaluations of people is not an easy task and due to the complexity that follows the research matter, this study will have descriptive characteristics emphasing a quantitative and qualitive treatment to the data presented. The methodology makes use of a 'documental research', aiming the facts investigations, events and statistics related to the subject researched; a 'bibliographical research' where the publications on the theme are checked TQM and productivity; and 'field research', where we try to demonstrate from the perceptions and manifestations of the employees of the analyzed company: the influence of the TQM in the productivity. |
