Resumo: Internet is a remarkable instrument for research and information actually in use, and it has bursted into people's life rapidly. Internet's application provides a sensation of liberty and discovery. The present study intends to consider about Internet's participation into organizations and a phenomenon called 'Cyberslacking' which has passed to designate the use of informatics equipments and systems disposed by the employers for personal use in the work environment.The research was conducted through University Graduated Executives from companies established in Curitiba City, Parana,. They had access for Internet both in the office, as well as at their residences. The focus of this study was to identify whether the introduction of Internet in to the Organizations had made alterations in their structures, as well as over the work performance control. The question of Internet in the routine work environment was contested, also into de enterprise and the way of managing their organizational structures of the production system. The main purpose of this work was to achieve a criticai analysis about this thesis. Under this direction, it was presented a revision of the literature written by Frankfurt Scholl authors where it was assessed the organizational structures, the employee behavior rationality and the issue of control and authority. The new model of pos-fordist organizational work was also studied and how the worker was directed to beco me more and more connected to the enterprise.lt was analyzed the influence of the new technologies over the work structures adopted by the capital adequacy after its introduction in these environments and especially the question of control exercised over the workers and the legal aspects involved in this new paradigm of work.ln summary, it appears now that organizations are adapting the global economics changes and also toward technologies over the years, creating new mechanisms of control over the work, involving the workers within the system and taking advantages of externai factors, such as unemployment leveis, together with the capable employed to ensure higher productivity and efficiency.The Cyberslacking has been disapproved by the proper workers due to risks that can be presented by the company information systems and, consequently , affecting their works, however it is considered a mean of escape for the pressures imposed by the capital system.
