Resumo: |
The purpose of this work is to study the internai and externai changes which surround Human Resources in a number of companies (subdivided into specific analysis units). In order to analyse these changes in Brazilian business, caused by Informatics, several aspects were taken into account: Organization, Methods, Information and 5istems (O&M - 1&5). specifically, we had carried out exploratory research together with professionals who till top management positions in the Human Resources area of the companies, who should, if they wished, ask the professionals responsible for the Informatics politics to give them an intimate collaboration. In some cases. the professional standpoints and the perceptive view of the future were so conflicting that resulted in two attitudes toward the same company, making the research even richer. In some moments, the researcher did interviews and discovered the real situation of the interviewed professionals who had helped to give more reliability to the project. The starting point of this thesis is the assunption that there existed an intimate relationship and a underlying link between the administrative theories under consideration. These theories were related to their innumerable variables , (particulary in 5ystemic Theory) and to Cybernetic Epistemology and deal with the Organization and the Methods of Analysis and the Handling Engineering of Information and Framing 5ystems (OMI5) in an ordely and studied way. In short, in a common sense, nalve way, we had worked with the behavioural versus the instrumental and how one (the Informatic Instrumental) interfered with the other (the behavioural - Human Resources) within a period of 20 years (19801 2000). The achieved results as well as the requests made by the protesslonals who, knowing about lt in advance, wanted to participate in the research, had shown increasing interest in this kind of study and in the subject and mainly in the acknowledgement of the role of a University in the creation, development and maintenance of a community consciousness, where the company, in general, plays an extremely important role in improving a better Quality Ufe in Human Aesources. |
