Resumo: In search for theoretical and practical contributions with the question of forensic expert quality of life and advances performance advances, this dissertation looked for the presentation of how the forensics activity develops itself and faces its inherent drawbacks. During this study it was possible to show some significant aspects in personnel administration in the private and public sectors. It was also made to appear the forensic expert commitment in the public administration and the feelings which are generated by their developed activities. The unveil of the feelings shown during the interviews with the phenomenological approach, made to emerge the relevance of the humane, in a passionate way for their career and, at the same time , in a preoccupied way in relation to the their working conditions, although always focus on the results in favor of the society. The intra as well as the inter personal relationship favored the self and the other knowledge, drawing to a study on the human and professional development. The importance of the human as well as the professional formation in this case of the criminal forensic, made itself present when de personnel administration faces a moment in which the technological advances and the globalization strongly emerge in the concrete reality.
