Resumo: At the present time the process of organizational administration in the companies cannot be more conceived as rigid and it reactivates to the current changes. It is known that such a conception wrong carts serious consequences as inefficiency and it lowers productivity in the management of the same ones. Such facts generate a general inefficacy of the companies, influencing negatively in the politics of the companies. In relationship Rernlmerations political, the same is generating a strong dissatisfaction in the hard-working commllnity and doing with that the Lmions act trying to guarantee fixed employment as well as salary equality. One of the great problerns that the companies tàce is, certainly, the one of the determination of an adapted structure of wages. This because, if on a side the concem exists of motivating the employees with wages compensators, on another side the concem exists of placing in a reasonable levei the costs with the personnel. The wage stops being. for the employee, the main motivator, in the measure that the own employee is considered inadequately paid. It contemplated at least two aspects: the illtemal balance and the extemal balance. The tirst reters the 'iage comparison inside ofthe company, and the second has as reference other companies ofthe sanle branch. Methods as the description and evalllation of positions allow to establish a stmcture organizational appropriate solving problems as wlbalance intemal/extemal of the wages. This research has as malll objective to identifY and to evaluate the plans of positions and wages of the workers' of the federal public service Union in the state of Rio ele Janeiro (S INTRASEF), proposing a compatible altemative plan of remunerations as its reality current organizational.
