Resumo: The objective of the present study was to subdue a new experimental verification the all-or-none model of paired - associated learning in which the stimulus - response associations are entirely formed in a single trial. The justification for this research lies on the necessity of studies in the field of learning theory in order to provide subsidies for an educational technology. It was tested the hypothese that the probability of an association to be accomplished is constant for any number of previous training. One hundred subjects of first grader were tested, they were divided into five groups with five levels of reinforcements and five groups of itens. It has been used a scheme of latin squares combining three factors in five levels each: 1 - numbers of reinforcements; 2 - group of itens and 3 - group of subjects. The results allowed to confirm the hipothese that learning is essentially all-or-none.
