Still considerate an emergent technology for many of these companies, the Internet has incited importants transformations in commercialization, suppliment's logistics and distribution, organizational modelling, production and human resources. AIso, the Internet has changed the actuation of the brazilian automobile companies in the market, that have to dispose ofnew management's methods, commercials practices and online technology's resources, respecting the tendency of the face to face sales traditional type to become archaic against the 'virtual' sale. The present study was developed to analyse wich the impacts and changes caused by the Internet in the national automobilistic retail, and also to indicate possibles solutions for the automobile shops adaptation in Brazil, because of this new scenery - the technology era. For that reason, yonder the literature's revision, two searchs were realized: one of national ambit and other regional, based on the Rio de Janeiro City. Through this corpus, informations about the use and non-use of Internet In the automobile's retail segment were obtained. |
