Resumo: Spirituality is a fundamental part of religious life. In it own Christian tradition is understood as part of living the Gospel that seek to emphasize that life goes beyond the mere existence of this world. The forms of spirituality are varied and rich in their expressions. In the history of the Christian Church is possible to see multiple possibilities of spirituality, since those more introspective - expressed in meditation in cloisters closed - even those primarily practices that cross the path of action, expressed - often - in social activism for the poor. Currently spirituality has been the subject of studies and novel applications, for example, in the business, as well indicates the Best Seller The Servant. Theme striking next to spirituality, is resilience, that ability of mankind to react to crisis situations, and that brand substantively forms of spirituality. Thus, this paper of professional master attempts to analyze the importance of spirituality and resilience to the ecclesial community life.
