Resumo: |
This work addresses the relationship between the creative economy and the profession of medical propagandist, highlighting the intersections between the two and proposing the use of creative tools in the daily life of the propagandist. The creative economy as a field is based on people's talent and creativity, and the profession of propagandist requires effective communication and interpersonal customer relationship skills. It is argued here, that creativity can be a powerful ally in this relationship. In this sense, we worked with the concept of “professional artistic talent”, defined by Donald Schön – competence by which professionals in any area can handle indeterminate zones of their professional practices – and the theory of “reflective practice”. The work also sought to identify creative tools that could strengthen the practice of the medical propagandist, favoring the Mental Map because it is visually organized in stages, elements and connections, non-linear and adaptable, serving as a starting point for reflection in action. |
