This thesis has as base the argument that defend the efetivation of the Brazilians cooperatives getting companies, this process was made by the colonization of the cooperatives by the ideology of management. The affirmation gets builded by the elaboration of the theoric analysis table about the historic of the contemporary cooperativism and the contradictions the cooperativists way was made of. The theoric reflection also takes the process of the rise and consolidation of capitalism, the emergency of the burocratic organization and the principles of management that, with the context of cooperatives constitution, were useful as a base to the incorporation on these organizations around the gerencialist model. The confirmation of the argument happened by historic researches made in a cooperative in the southwest of Paraná, as a fiction form, identificated as Diamante. The whole process of theoric and empiric building were made by the materialist historic perspective and itselfs categories of analysis of research. By the group of primary and secondary dates, the work rebuilds the historic way of the cooperative made as base for the contradictions that explain the implementation of management models in detriment of the cooperativists values, that were in the context that favored the constitution and the first years of actuation of the cooperative. Generally, it in the historic process and the cooperative context where we can identificated facts that can be considered inflection points that indicate the adjustment of the cooperative to the market logic, becoming it seems to the capital companies.
