Resumo: Technology is an important issue in people's daily lives. Regardless of the job expertise, everyone uses some computerized resource to develop it. Because of this, there is a high demand in the job market in search of professionals and trainees for this area, but on the other hand we find a great offer of technical and undergraduate courses of Information Technology. Due to several factors, many courses is closing, either due to a lack of quorum or due to the students evasion. School dropout is one reason of worry in educational institutions, whether in the public or private sector, as it causes financial and social damage to society and also to the students. This research has as the subject the issue about students who leave the Computer Courses, the reasons and analysis of the responses of dropouts. Constructing a theoretical and conceptual understanding, seeking to interpret the multiple variables presented by dropout students at the moment they decide to disconnect. The general objective is to investigate which causes the students drop out of the course without completing it, highlighting the main reasons, and the development of a software for manage these situations, showing solutions for each problem. The research methodology was the qualitative and quantitative methods, based on studies by authors, portraying the evasion factor. With the implementation of this software, it will be possible to map data regarding the causes of evasion, proposing solutions for each case and bring back dropout students.
