Were analyzed in this program the concentration of plasmatic inflammatory cytosine, the daily resting metabolic rate and the functional capacity of the subjects. Verifying that the samples were not the same after the exercises it was applied the Wilcoxon test to compare before practice and the after practice. The obtained results showed that their functional capacity changed with the rates between the before and the after practicing the exercises, they have showed a increase of 89% in the core area of resistance and the ability of sitting and standing up also increased in 42%. Concerning the variable changes in the blood samples studied there were not any significant change in the IL6 and the CRP concentration. Although there were six subjects showing CRP concentration above the average in a before practice stage which stands as a inflammatory subclinical state. About the TMR analyses the obtained results were trough the breathing gases rating and they point the efficient of the applied protocol showing a increase in 121% of the TMR after applying the training, showing an important adaptation of the study subjects.
