Resumo: The branch of fast food has as main feature the highly competitive and a peculiar dynamic, which results in an environment of uncertainty. This is due to the fact that this kind of food can be easily replaced by cheaper food or homemade or new businesses that come out every corner. The quest for survival in this industry generates, therefore, an extreme effort of companies to adapt to this turbulent environment. The environment of fast food in Brazil is highly competitive, forcing companies in this sector to continuously implement more efficient processes, with investments in new production technologies, quality programs and training of skilled workers. You could say that the transfer of organizational competence that occurs between the franchisor and the franchisee is based on knowledge and assumes that the share of people in organizations produces all its products all physical and their intangible assets. The constant interaction of people involved and their skills results in organizational structures, internal and external. In this research, carried out an analysis of the franchisor of Organization X organizational skills, in Curitiba, trying to identify how is the transfer of competences between franchisor and franchisees.
