Resumo em Inglês: This Master dissertation aims to make a brief reflection on the issues involving the dynamics of mobility in the city of São Paulo, use and appropriation of public space and other reverberations problematized by collective and cultural and artistic movements within that scene. From such practices, the research also aims to understand the impact and initiatives that seek to develop design projects and actions on the current situation of the city, either from the Municipal Management and their urban development programs, or through practical independent groups working with the triad design, activism and urban public policies for urban life and the right to the city.
