Resumo: "In the early days, we lived in the countryside, with the passing of time spent living in the city. Today we live in the internet." These were the words of the speaker Gonzalo Alonso, communication specialist and director of Google for Latin America at a gathering of social networks in Silicon Valey in 2011. A thought for a bit for some, but for many absolute. Gonzalo, former director general of the Latin American operation Google wrote in his La Revolución Horizontal "In all these years, the internet has gone from being a tool of the few laboratories in computer science at the university to become a part of the indisputable daily life of hundreds of millions of people on every continent. "In this sense, the fledgling digital social networks have occupied a central role. It is noticed that in this digital realm, specifically in facebook, companies, institutions and politicians are occupying increasingly more spaces to expose their ideas and ideologies. When analyzing the strategic planning of any political campaign, you realize the importance that has acquired a solid presence and digital strategy. Note specifically, procedures and language used by politicians as part of their digital speeches, there is a heightened use of photographic images as purposeful communication support on the facts surrounding his political life as such. These images attempt to portray and reinforce the facts that confirm a particular strategic positioning in the minds of their followers or voters. The appearance and evidence are present in this communicational dynamics. The analysis of that kind of reality construct these images is the essence of this work.
