Resumo: In view of the growing concern of organizations with those who work in them, different topics have been debated and the Quality of Life of Workers emerges as a theme that gains prominence, as it is related to the well-being of the individual and his work productivity. The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of Integration Games on the quality of life of IFSC servers. This is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection was performed based on participant observation procedures, in-depth interviews with fourteen servers and document analysis. The results showed that the integration games have an influence on the quality of life of the servers, as they present themselves as moments of integration and leisure, which take place before, during and after the event. In addition, it can be said that the influence of the event affects both the work context, the construction and improvement of socio-professional relationships, and beyond the work context, in encouraging the practice of physical and sports activities. It is concluded that the influences of the event on workers' quality of life can and should be considered by institutional managers - not only from IFSC, but from public institutions in general. After all, to promote the quality of life of the worker is to invest in the very results that the civil servant and his institution can deliver to society.
