The comics drawing, done to stimulate the people’s laughing, can hide the ideology of its core message due to the different possibilities of being interpreted. The production of this material is fed by the up to date political and social happenings. It uses a discursive format which allows the manifestation of ideological formation. The comics drawing provide the basics representation of the facts in order to show the world. In the process of presenting the news, it cans, at the same time, present the information a different way and, also, it may hide some meanings which characterize it as polyphonic discourse and dialogue. In its essence, comics drawing use preknown information written previously in somewhere else. Playing with meanings, the comic drawing discourse, builds a mosaic of said words which provides different interpretation of the facts. The objective of this study is to understand how the discursive formation of the released comic drawing of Cao Hering at Jornal de Santa Catarina can constitute a relation with inter-discourse. This study has been done in the perspective of inter-discursive and the dialogism way. It was adopted the idea that the comic drawings discourse manages to put together the artistic, political and journalistic discourse
