סיכום: | This work is an analysis of the perception of Quality of Work Life (QWL) among public servants in a Basic Health Unit (UBS) in a municipality in the microregion of Alto Jacuí. Currently, given the growing importance of the health of professionals and changes in organizational settings, the term QWL has been addressed in both private and public organizations. In the public sector, providing good services to the population is considered a duty. Therefore, measuring the level of QWL among public servants is beneficial, as it allows for the evaluation of the satisfaction level of the employees, which reflects in the service provided. Through this research, the perception of permanent employees and commissioned positions in the Municipal Health Department of Lagoa dos Três Cantos, located in the northwest region of Rio Grande do Sul, was observed regarding their QWL, according to the Walton model. The research method used was quantitative for data collection, applying a questionnaire of closed-ended questions based on the Walton model. Positive results were found regarding the perception of the employees; however, adjustments and improvements in certain areas are still necessary. Overall, the responses were favorable, indicating good quality of work life, but emphasizing areas that require attention for future enhancements. |
