Sumari: | The present work aims to present study on the analysis of people turnover in the slaughterhouse in Rio Grande do Sul, that is, it shows the indices that caused the general objective of the research to evaluate the impact of turnover on the slaughterhouse´s performance; and specific objectives: identify the company´s turnover levels, analyze the reasons for higher levels and build na action plan. Meanwhile, the years 2021, 2022, 2023 were analyzed and employee entry and exit tools were used, where the survey uses extremely fundamental authors such as: Arellano, Chiavenato, Oliveira, Takeda and among others presented in the article. Based on the results of the mapped turnover study, this shows the great importance of this indicator and which tools are fundamental for industrial development. The research demonstrates that the analysis takes place in three different places in the same company, such as: industry, hatchery and feed factory, where the research characterizes an action plan to develop and put intro practice the topic addressed in the organization. |
