總結: | The optimization of manufacturing processes is a prominent topic in any organization, with a view to increasing competitiveness and consumer demands. In contrast to this scenario, the specific literature describes primary errors in the ways of considering product transformation processes as being common. Therefore, this study aimed to present the relationship between the “design” of the product structure and the inconsistency of the data generated by the production controller, suggesting that the development of the product project must be linked to the processes during the transformation stages. This format, combined with the productive capacity, guarantees real production status and the objective effective logistical supply. The action research used as a methodology made it possible to identify the problems found in the companies, analyze the current situation, elaborate the propositions of the results and, finally, compile the data for the presentation of the productive capacities by assembly work center, measuring the impact of the structure of product for manufacture in the organization's current BOMs. The results found were satisfactory, ensuring, among others, precision for decision-making and reliability in delivery times to the consumer market. |
