Sumari: Dermatoglyphics corresponds to the study of patterns formed by the papillary ridges of fingerprints and is widely applied in clinical, sports, and biometric contexts. However, traditional analysis methods are still predominantly manual, making the process time-consuming and susceptible to human error. In this context, this study presents the development of a semi-automatic system to support dermatoglyphic analysis, focused on the identification of cores and deltas, ridge counting between these points, and result visualization through an interactive web interface. The system automatically performs image processing, ridge enhancement, singular point detection, and calculation of dermatoglyphic metrics, also allowing manual adjustment of the markings by the user. Validation was carried out through usability and software quality assessments using the SUS and ISO/IEC 25010 questionnaires, resulting in a SUS score of 90.0 and high acceptance levels regarding software quality. The results indicate that the proposed solution is functional, intuitive, and suitable to support dermatoglyphic analysis in different application scenarios.
