This article sought to analyze and understand the employment relationship between referees and associations sports, observing its applicable legislation, Law 14,597/23, subsection IV, in its articles 78, 79, 80 and 81; article 88 of Law 9,615/98 in its sole paragraph and check whether any sports organization signs a bond employment with his football referee. The article used research from books, articles and information available on the network related to the topic and situations that guide it, which led to the conclusion that The role of football referee is one of the main and most important in this sporting environment and its employment relationship is necessary for their development and professionalization to occur, generating stability and safety for workers. |
